When you fill in the intake, send the contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we keep what you give us: your name, your business name, how to reach you, and whatever you tell us about how your business runs. That’s it — no hidden profiling, nothing scraped.
Enquiries land in our email and on the pipeline board we run the studio on — the same systems we’d build for you. They’re hosted with reputable infrastructure providers and reachable only by us. We never sell your details, and we never hand them to advertisers.
We count visits with a cookieless analytics tool so we can see which pages help people. There’s no ad tracking on this site and no cookie banner because there’s nothing to consent to.
For as long as we’re talking, working together, or reasonably might again. If an enquiry goes nowhere, it gets cleared out in our periodic tidy-ups.
