Our Story
Flame & Fold started with a simple idea: proper wood-fired pizza shouldn't mean a trip to the city. We built our first oven in a back garden in Ashby and spent two years perfecting our dough before serving a single customer.
Every pizza is hand-stretched to order, topped with ingredients we'd eat ourselves, and fired in our 450°C oven until the crust blisters and the cheese melts into something beautiful. No shortcuts. No frozen bases. Just honest pizza, made properly.
